  • Ticket Validity: Sold Tickets are non-refundable and are valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. (Single-way tickets are valid only on the date of purchase).
  • Child Policy: Children under 3 feet travel free of charge. Children above 3 feet and up to 4 feet in height qualify for a Child ticket.
  • Elderly & Student Policy: Visitors 70 years and above qualify for an Elderly ticket. Both Elderly and Student tickets require valid proof or an ID card.
  • Baggage Allowance: Up to 15 kg of baggage is allowed free of charge. Baggage exceeding this limit will be charged at NPR 20 per kg.
